Helen began working in Jersey’s finance industry in 1987 and has more than fifteen years’ experience of acting as a director for Jersey Trust Company Business and Fund Service Business service providers and for their respective client companies.
Helen is now an independent, non-executive director and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. Helen’s role as Treasurer trustee of the Charity focuses on her experience and knowledge in the fields of company secretarial and corporate governance and finance.
