Carol has over 30 years’ experience in HR and Learning and Development. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
Her career started in the UK public sector but she has spent the last 20 years in the financial services industry working for a Jersey headquartered global law firm and a major Swiss bank.
She currently works for JTC as Group Head of HR.
