Jersey Young Enterprise, Limitless group have been working very hard to help raise awareness and funds for Jersey Brain Tumour Charity.
Firstly, they have created a fantastic cook book, Bean Eating, which is a collection of locally sourced recipes and restaurants. It also contains a recipe for Jersey Black Butter and Chocolate Cake that Sue May’s daughter, Emma, used in the South Region Bake Off competition.
The book will go on sale for £10 and the group will donate 20% of all sales to JBTC! Details of where you can buy your copy will be announced soon!
The limitless team have also held another successful bag packing, this time at Marks and Spencer St Clement’s Branch.
Their last bag packing, in King Street raised £500 for our charity!
Well done everyone!!
We would like to thank the team for all their hard work and continued support and we look forward to working with them again soon!
